The training took place in Department of Information Technology, Ministry of Information and Communications, Thimphu, Bhutan from November 19th to November 27th, 2007. |

Objectives | |

The objective
of the training was to train the end user trainers. Once the
training of trainers is completed, the trainers are expected to go
back to their own organizations (Private IT institutes and
Government offices) and train the other users |
