Moreover, ENRD's activities have shown its influence in National ICT policy and regulation. By  the efforts of counseling  and consulting  of Nepal Wireless Project and ENRD team, Nepal Government has de-licensed the Industrial, Scientific and Medical ( ISM) bands using 2.4 Ghz and  5.8  frequencies.

The ENRD is going to implement PAN Localization Project Phase II with the collaboration of Country Component (CC), Madan Puraskar Pustakalaya MPP under the supervision of Regional Project Leader (RPL) which is funded by IDRC Canada from October 2007.
