Dr. David Malone, President, International Development Research Center (IDRC) Canada and Dr. Stephen J. McGurc, Regional Director, IDRC Canada, visited the Center for Research in Urdu Language Processing (CRULP) at FAST-National University, Lahore Campus on Thursday 04 February, 2010.

Dr. Arshad Hussain, Director of FAST-NU, Lahore welcomed the guests and briefed them about the University and the Foundation. Dr. Sarmad Hussain then gave a detailed presentation upon the PAN Localization project and other research projects being conducted at CRULP. A press conference was held after the meeting which was covered by leading newspapers and TV channels of Pakistan.
