PAN Localization Survey of Language Computing in Asia 2005

   
 

PAN Localization survey of Language Computing in Asia 2005 baselines the status of language computing of 20 Asian languages. This survey covers computing standards and language technology, including encoding, fonts, keyboard, locale, collation and advance applications.  Language support in both Microsoft and Linux platforms is presented. Information in the survey has been collected from what is published on the internet in English, and through surveys conducted by PAN Localization for different countries from resources known to be working in localization.
